Terms of Use

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Prompzi. If you use the App on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for them.

App License

Subject to these Terms and applicable app-store rules, Titox grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Prompzi for personal or internal business purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App, except where allowed by law.
• Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or redistribute the App.
• Use the App to violate law, infringe rights, abuse third-party services, or bypass technical restrictions.
• Interfere with App security, billing, ads, entitlement checks, or platform integrity systems.

Prompts, Content, And AI Outputs

Prompzi provides a library of prompts and tools for copying, organizing, importing, exporting, and opening prompts in third-party AI apps or websites.

You are responsible for:

• Reviewing prompts before using them.
• Deciding whether prompts and AI outputs are accurate, lawful, safe, and appropriate for your use.
• Any content you import, export, copy, paste, share, or submit to third-party services.
• Compliance with laws, third-party terms, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, and platform policies.

Prompzi does not guarantee any AI result, output quality, model behavior, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Third-Party Services

Prompzi may open or link to third-party services, including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Grok, Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, Firebase, and Google Mobile Ads.

Third-party services are not controlled by Titox. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms, privacy policies, billing rules, and content policies. Titox is not responsible for third-party services, accounts, subscriptions, purchases, ads, prompts, outputs, downtime, moderation, or data handling.

Free Version, Ads, And Pro

Prompzi may offer a free version supported by ads and feature limits. Prompzi may also offer a lifetime Pro purchase that removes ads inside the App and unlocks Pro features described in the App at the time of purchase.

Feature availability, free limits, promotional pricing, and App behavior may change over time. If a feature is described as "coming soon", it is not part of the current purchase unless and until released.

Purchases, Restore, And Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Titox does not process payment cards directly.

RevenueCat may be used to verify purchases and restore Pro access. You are responsible for using the correct app-store account when purchasing or restoring.

Refunds, chargebacks, taxes, payment failures, and purchase disputes are handled by the app store or payment provider according to their rules. If you need help with Pro access, contact hello@titox.io.

Import And Export

Prompzi may let you import or export favorites, collections, or prompt data. You are responsible for files you import, export, save, share, or send to other apps.

Do not import or share files that contain unlawful content, malware, confidential information you do not have permission to use, or personal information that you are not allowed to process.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in Prompzi. By using the App, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

App Changes And Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Prompzi at any time. We do not guarantee that the App, third-party services, prompts, images, ads, purchases, restore flows, or links will always be available, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device.

Intellectual Property

The App, design, software, branding, and related materials are owned by Titox or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Prompts, source references, app names, AI service names, third-party trademarks, and linked materials may belong to their respective owners. Prompzi does not grant rights to third-party trademarks or content.

Disclaimer

Prompzi is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Titox disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and security.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Titox will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, AI outputs, or device availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Titox's total liability for any claim related to Prompzi or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for Prompzi in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 10 if you paid nothing.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Titox from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of Prompzi, your prompts or files, your AI-service use, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

Termination

You may stop using Prompzi at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk, abuse the App, or where required by law or platform rules.

Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, and dispute terms.

App-Store Terms

If you downloaded Prompzi from Apple App Store or Google Play, the applicable store terms also apply. If these Terms conflict with mandatory app-store terms, the app-store terms apply only to the extent required by that store.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection or app-store rules require otherwise.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made. Continued use of Prompzi after an update means you accept the updated Terms, where permitted by law.
