Summary

Prompzi is an AI prompt library. The App lets you browse, search, copy, save, organize, import, export, and open prompts in third-party AI apps or websites.

Prompzi does not require an account. Some information stays on your device. Some information may be processed by service providers that help us operate analytics, crash reporting, ads, purchase entitlement checks, app integrity, and app-store billing.

Information Stored On Your Device

Prompzi may store the following locally on your device:

• Favorites.
• Collections and collection names.
• Recently opened prompts.
• Recently copied prompts.
• App settings, such as view density, default filters, and image preview preferences.
• Purchase entitlement cache, such as whether Pro is active.
• Ad-frequency state, such as completed action counts and daily ad limits.
• Temporary export files when you choose to export or share data.

You can clear local Prompzi data in the App where available, delete exported files through your device or share destination, or uninstall the App.

Information We May Collect Automatically

Depending on your platform, settings, build configuration, and service availability, Prompzi or our service providers may process:

• App interaction events, such as paywall views, purchase flow events, prompt card taps, copy actions, and AI app open attempts.
• Device and app information, such as app version, platform, device identifiers, diagnostics, crash logs, performance or error data, and configuration state.
• Advertising identifiers and ad interaction data when ads are shown to free users.
• Purchase and entitlement information needed to provide Pro access.
• App integrity and anti-abuse signals through platform services.
• Push notification tokens or message metadata if push notifications are enabled in a future App configuration.

We do not intentionally send prompt text, email addresses, phone numbers, full names, payment card numbers, or account passwords as analytics event properties.

Third-Party Services

Prompzi uses third-party services that may process information under their own policies:

• Firebase Analytics: app usage analytics.
• Firebase Crashlytics: crash and error reporting.
• Firebase Remote Config: app configuration and feature flags.
• Firebase App Check: app integrity and abuse prevention.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging: push notification infrastructure where enabled.
• Google Mobile Ads: ads for free users.
• RevenueCat: purchase, restore, and entitlement management.
• Apple App Store and Google Play: app distribution, in-app purchase billing, taxes, receipts, refunds, and store account handling.

These services may process data outside your country. Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy terms and platform policies.

AI Apps And External Links

Prompzi can copy prompts to your clipboard or try to open prompts in third-party AI apps and websites, including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Grok.

When you choose to open or paste a prompt in a third-party service, that service receives the content you provide to it. Titox does not control how those services process your prompts, conversations, uploaded content, generated outputs, or account data. Review the privacy policy and terms of each third-party service before using it.

Purchases And Payments

Prompzi offers a lifetime Pro purchase. Payments are processed by Apple, Google, and related payment providers. Titox does not receive or store your full payment card details.

RevenueCat helps us verify purchase status and restore Pro access. Purchase records may include store receipts, product identifiers, entitlement status, transaction identifiers, and anonymous or platform-provided customer identifiers.

Ads

Free users may see ads through Google Mobile Ads. Ads may use device information, advertising identifiers, approximate location, ad interaction data, and other signals allowed by your platform settings and applicable law.

You can manage ad personalization through your device, Google, Apple, or platform privacy settings where available. Prompzi Pro removes ads inside the App.

Legal Bases And Purposes

We process information for these purposes:

• Provide App functionality.
• Save local preferences and user-created organization data.
• Provide, verify, and restore Pro access.
• Show and limit ads for free users.
• Measure App usage and improve features.
• Detect, diagnose, and fix crashes or errors.
• Maintain security, integrity, and abuse prevention.
• Comply with legal, tax, app-store, and platform requirements.

Where applicable, our legal bases may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligations.

Data Sharing

We may share information with:

• Service providers listed in this policy.
• App stores and payment processors for purchases, receipts, refunds, tax, and compliance.
• Authorities or other parties when required by law or to protect rights, safety, security, or integrity.
• Successors if Titox is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

Local App data remains on your device until you clear it, overwrite it, or uninstall the App.

Service-provider data is retained according to each provider's policies and our configuration. We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law, app-store rules, tax rules, fraud prevention, security, or dispute handling.

Your Choices And Rights

You may:

• Clear local App data where the App provides that option.
• Uninstall the App.
• Manage notification, ad tracking, analytics, and privacy permissions through your device or platform settings.
• Restore purchases through the App or app store.
• Request help, access, correction, deletion, or privacy information by contacting hello@titox.io.

We may need information to verify and process your request. Some data may be controlled by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Firebase, Google Mobile Ads, or another third-party service, and you may need to contact that provider directly.

Children

Prompzi is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact hello@titox.io and we will take appropriate steps.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No app, network, device, or storage system is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your device, app-store account, AI-service accounts, exported files, and clipboard contents.

International Processing

We and our service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Those countries may have different data protection laws.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made. Continued use of Prompzi after an update means you accept the updated policy, where permitted by law.
