Terms of Use

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use PixYou. If you use the App on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for them.

App License

Subject to these Terms and applicable app-store rules, Titox grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PixYou for personal or internal business purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App, except where allowed by law.
• Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or redistribute the App.
• Use the App to violate law, infringe rights, harass others, create harmful content, or bypass technical restrictions.
• Interfere with App security, billing, ads, entitlement checks, App Check, or platform integrity systems.

Accounts And Guest Use

PixYou may support Google sign-in, Apple sign-in, and guest or anonymous Firebase sign-in. You are responsible for activity under your account or guest session.

Guest accounts may have limited recovery options. If you delete the App, clear device data, or lose access to your device, guest data may be unavailable unless the App supports migration or account linking.

User Content And AI Outputs

You are responsible for photos, prompts, face profiles, templates, settings, reports, and other content you submit or generate through PixYou.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to upload and use the photos and content you provide. Do not upload images of another person without permission.

You may not use PixYou to create, request, upload, store, or share content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, sexual, violent, exploitative, hateful, or otherwise unsafe.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before saving, sharing, publishing, or relying on it.

Face Profiles And Uploaded Photos

PixYou may use uploaded photos to create a face profile and generate personalized images or videos. Only upload photos you have permission to use. You may request deletion of account data, uploaded portraits, face profile data, and generation history through App controls or by contacting us.

Credits, Purchases, And Rewards

PixYou may offer digital credits, credit packages, restore purchases, rewarded ads, and promotional credits.

Credits are in-app digital credits only. They are not cash, gift cards, cryptocurrency, NFTs, transferable assets, or play-to-earn rewards. Credits have no monetary value outside PixYou and cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds, chargebacks, taxes, payment failures, and purchase disputes are handled by the app store or payment provider according to their rules.

Rewarded ads may grant credits only after successful server-side verification. Duplicate, fraudulent, incomplete, or invalid ad callbacks may be ignored.

Third-Party Services

PixYou may use or link to third-party services, including Firebase, RevenueCat, Google Play, Apple App Store, AdMob, OneSignal, Cloudflare, AI generation providers, analytics, crash diagnostics, storage, hosting, and support tooling.

Third-party services are not controlled by Titox. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms, privacy policies, billing rules, and content policies.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in PixYou. By using the App, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

Reports And Enforcement

PixYou may provide reporting tools for generated content, safety concerns, account issues, or abuse. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend access, deny credit grants, or take other action if we believe these Terms, law, app-store rules, or safety standards were violated.

App Changes And Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of PixYou at any time. We do not guarantee that the App, backend, AI generation providers, ads, purchases, restore flows, credits, templates, or links will always be available, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device.

Intellectual Property

The App, design, software, branding, templates, and related materials are owned by Titox or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Third-party trademarks, service names, app-store names, AI provider names, and linked materials belong to their respective owners.

Disclaimer

PixYou is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Titox disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and security.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Titox will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, generated outputs, credits, or device availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Titox's total liability for any claim related to PixYou or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for PixYou in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 10 if you paid nothing.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Titox from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of PixYou, your content, your AI outputs, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

Termination

You may stop using PixYou at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk, abuse the App, or where required by law or platform rules.

Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, and dispute terms.

App-Store Terms

If you downloaded PixYou from Apple App Store or Google Play, the applicable store terms also apply. If these Terms conflict with mandatory app-store terms, the app-store terms apply only to the extent required by that store.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection or app-store rules require otherwise.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made. Continued use of PixYou after an update means you accept the updated Terms, where permitted by law.
