This Privacy Policy explains how Titox ("Titox", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use PixYou (the "App").

Summary
PixYou helps you create AI-generated photos, avatars, images, videos, and related media from photos, prompts, preferences, and settings you provide.
Some information is stored on your device. Some information may be processed by our service providers to provide account features, AI generation, face profile features, generated media storage, credits, purchases, analytics, crash reporting, notifications, security, fraud prevention, and support.
PixYou is not directed to children. Do not submit photos of children unless you are their parent or legal guardian, or you otherwise have legal authority and all required permissions.
Information You Provide
Depending on the features you use, you may provide:
- Account information, such as email address, sign-in provider identifiers, display name, profile details, and authentication state.
- Photos, videos, selfies, face images, reference images, and other media you upload or import.
- Face profile information created from images you choose to submit for AI generation features.
- Prompts, generation instructions, style choices, templates, captions, metadata, and other creative inputs.
- Generated images, generated videos, variants, edits, favorites, saved items, and generation history.
- Credits, purchase, subscription, entitlement, restore, refund, and transaction information needed to unlock or meter paid features.
- Support messages, feedback, bug reports, and related contact information.
Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential information, payment card numbers, passwords, private keys, health information, legal information, or images of other people unless you have the right to do so and are comfortable with that content being processed as described in this policy.
Photos, Face Profiles, And Consent
PixYou may use uploaded photos and related face information to create or improve the specific AI media you request. Face profile features may analyze facial characteristics from images you provide so the App can generate personalized outputs.
By uploading a photo, video, or face image, you confirm that you have the rights, permissions, and consent needed for PixYou and our service providers to process that content for the selected feature.
Do not upload images of another person, including a child, unless you have that person's consent or legal authority to do so. Do not use PixYou to impersonate, harass, exploit, or mislead others.
PixYou does not use uploaded photos or face profiles to identify people by name unless you provide account or profile information that links content to you.
Information Stored On Your Device
PixYou may store information locally on your device, such as:
- App settings, generation preferences, and onboarding state.
- Login state, account state, purchase entitlement state, and credit balance state.
- Draft prompts, cached images, cached videos, thumbnails, and temporary generation files.
- Saved outputs, favorites, history, or face profile state where available.
- Push notification preferences and local status messages.
You can delete local App data through available App controls, your device settings, or by uninstalling the App. Files exported or shared outside the App are controlled by the destination you choose.
Information Collected Automatically
Depending on your platform, settings, build configuration, and service availability, PixYou or our service providers may process:
- Device and app information, such as device model, operating system, app version, language, timezone, and platform.
- App interaction events, such as screen views, feature usage, button taps, paywall events, purchase flow events, credit usage events, generation status, and error states.
- Diagnostics, crash logs, performance data, reliability data, and failed generation information.
- Network, security, app integrity, fraud prevention, and abuse-prevention signals.
- Install attribution, campaign, referral, or store source signals where available.
- IP address or IP-derived data. Where practical, we may store a shortened, hashed, or otherwise limited form for security, abuse prevention, analytics, or diagnostics.
- Push notification tokens and notification metadata if notifications are enabled.
We do not intentionally use analytics event properties to collect full prompt text, full generated outputs, payment card numbers, account passwords, or private keys.
AI Processing
To provide AI features, PixYou may send your prompts, uploaded photos, face profile information, generated media, selected styles, request settings, and related metadata to AI service providers or backend systems that process requests and return outputs.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or visually inconsistent. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, publishing them, sharing them, or using them to make decisions.
Where supported by our providers and configurations, we use reasonable controls intended to limit unnecessary retention or use of submitted content. Provider handling may vary by service, model, region, account configuration, and applicable law.
Third-Party Services
PixYou may use third-party services that process information under their own policies, including:
- AI model and infrastructure providers for image, video, face profile, and media generation requests.
- Firebase services for authentication, analytics, crash reporting, remote configuration, app integrity, messaging, and related infrastructure.
- PostHog or similar analytics providers for product analytics.
- RevenueCat or similar providers for purchase, subscription, restore, credit, and entitlement management.
- Apple App Store and Google Play for app distribution, in-app purchase billing, taxes, receipts, refunds, and store account handling.
- Hosting, database, storage, content delivery, security, monitoring, and support providers.
These services may process information in countries other than where you live. Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy terms and platform policies.
Purchases, Credits, And Payments
PixYou may offer paid features, subscriptions, consumable credits, or one-time purchases. Payments are processed by Apple, Google, and related payment providers. Titox does not receive or store your full payment card details.
Purchase, credit, and entitlement records may include store receipts, transaction identifiers, product identifiers, subscription status, renewal status, refund status, credit balance changes, usage events, and anonymous or platform-provided customer identifiers.
Ads And Tracking
PixYou does not add an ads or tracking SDK through this policy change. If PixYou later shows ads or uses tracking technologies, we will update this policy and any required store disclosures before or when those practices begin.
You can manage tracking, analytics, notification, and privacy permissions through your device, Apple, Google, and platform settings where available.
Permissions
Depending on the features you use, PixYou may request permissions such as:
- Photos, media, files, or document access.
- Camera.
- Notifications.
- Clipboard access where supported.
Permissions are requested only when needed for App features. You can revoke permissions in your device settings at any time, but some features may stop working.
Legal Bases And Purposes
We process information for these purposes:
- Provide, maintain, personalize, and improve PixYou.
- Generate AI images, videos, avatars, edits, and related outputs.
- Create and manage face profile features you choose to use.
- Store generated media, saved items, history, and preferences where supported.
- Authenticate accounts and maintain account security.
- Provide, verify, renew, meter, and restore paid access, credits, and entitlements.
- Measure App usage and improve features.
- Detect, diagnose, and fix crashes, bugs, failed generations, or performance issues.
- Maintain security, app integrity, fraud prevention, and abuse prevention.
- Send push notifications if enabled.
- Respond to support requests and privacy requests.
- Comply with legal, tax, app-store, platform, and regulatory requirements.
Where applicable, our legal bases may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligations.
Data Sharing
We may share information with:
- Service providers listed in this policy or otherwise used to operate PixYou.
- AI providers and backend infrastructure needed to process your requests.
- App stores and payment processors for purchases, receipts, refunds, taxes, and compliance.
- Authorities or other parties when required by law or to protect rights, safety, security, or integrity.
- Successors if Titox is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
Local App data remains on your device until you clear it, overwrite it, or uninstall the App.
Uploaded photos, face profile information, prompts, metadata, generated media, and request logs are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law, app-store rules, tax rules, fraud prevention, security, backup, dispute handling, or provider policies.
Service-provider data is retained according to each provider's policies and our configurations. Backup copies may remain for a limited period after deletion.
Your Choices And Rights
You may:
- Clear local App data where PixYou provides that option.
- Delete generated media, saved items, face profiles, uploaded content, or generation history where the App provides those controls.
- Revoke camera, photos, notification, clipboard, analytics, and privacy permissions through your device or platform settings.
- Uninstall the App.
- Restore purchases through the App or app store.
- Request help, access, correction, deletion, or privacy information by contacting hello@titox.io.
We may need information to verify and process your request. Some data may be controlled by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Firebase, PostHog, AI providers, or another third-party service, and you may need to contact that provider directly.
Account And Data Deletion
If PixYou provides in-app deletion controls, use those controls to delete supported local data, generated media, saved items, face profiles, uploaded content, or account data.
You can also request deletion by contacting hello@titox.io from the email address connected to your account. We will process eligible deletion requests and tell you if certain information must be retained for legal, tax, security, fraud prevention, backup, dispute, or app-store compliance reasons.
Children
PixYou is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required by local law. Users should not submit children's photos unless they are the child's parent or legal guardian, or otherwise have legal authority and all required permissions.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us without proper authority, contact hello@titox.io and we will take appropriate steps.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No app, network, device, AI system, or storage system is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your device, app-store account, exported files, clipboard contents, prompts, and shared outputs.
International Processing
We and our service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Those countries may have different data protection laws.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made. Continued use of PixYou after an update means you accept the updated policy, where permitted by law.
