Terms of Use
Last Updated: May 26, 2026
Effective date: July 13, 2026
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of PixelPop, including its mobile, desktop, and web applications, related services, and community features (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is operated by TitoniumLab (“TitoniumLab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf.
1. The Service
PixelPop lets you create and paint pixel-art and paint-by-number templates. Depending on the version of the Service and your location, it may allow you to:
- import a photo or take a photo and turn it into a paintable template;
- save painting progress locally and, when signed in, sync eligible progress and templates;
- publish templates to the PixelPop community and view, favorite, repaint, follow, or comment on community content;
- use image-processing features such as Paint Polish to generate alternative art styles;
- export or share images and timelapse videos through your device’s sharing and media features;
- receive community or service notifications; and
- purchase optional premium features or subscriptions.
Features may change, be limited by plan, or be unavailable on a particular device or platform.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You may use PixelPop only if you can legally enter into a binding agreement where you live. If you are under the age of majority in your location, use the Service only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. PixelPop is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly permit them to create accounts.
You may use anonymous sign-in or sign in with Google or Apple where those options are offered. You are responsible for keeping access to your account and connected sign-in provider secure, and for activity occurring through your account. Do not impersonate another person, create an account using information you do not have permission to use, or maintain an account after we have asked you to stop.
Signing out may remove locally cached session data and local painting data from the device. Signing out does not by itself delete cloud-stored account data or community content. Email hello@titox.io">hello@titox.io if you need account data deleted.
3. Your content and permissions
“Your Content” means photos, images, templates, painting progress, comments, tags, profile information, and other material you submit to or create through the Service.
You keep ownership of Your Content. You are solely responsible for it and confirm that:
- you own it or have all permissions, licenses, releases, and consents needed to use it with PixelPop;
- it does not violate another person’s privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights;
- you will not upload sensitive personal information about another person without a lawful reason and appropriate permission; and
- you will not use PixelPop to create or distribute unlawful, deceptive, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or harmful material.
To operate PixelPop, you grant TitoniumLab a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, process, transmit, display, and distribute Your Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, improve, and promote the Service. This includes processing images to create templates or Paint Polish variants, syncing progress, showing content that you publish to the community, and delivering content to people with whom you choose to share it. This license ends when Your Content is deleted, except for copies that must be retained for legal, security, backup, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Content that you publish to the community may be publicly visible and may be copied or reshared by other users. Do not publish anything that you expect to remain private.
4. Community rules
When you use community features, you must not:
- harass, threaten, stalk, or target another person;
- post spam, scams, malware, or misleading promotions;
- infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- upload sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate material, or exploitative content;
- manipulate engagement, scrape the community, or use automated access without permission;
- evade safety controls, abuse support-tool or subscription limits, or interfere with the Service; or
- submit comments, tags, or profiles intended to deceive or harm.
We may, but are not required to, review community content. We may remove or restrict content, limit visibility, suspend features, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or the safety of the community. We do not guarantee that community content is accurate, original, lawful, or safe.
5. Premium features and subscriptions
PixelPop may offer one-time purchases, subscriptions, trials, or other paid features. Prices, billing periods, eligibility, and included features are shown at the time of purchase and may vary by country, platform, and applicable taxes.
Purchases made through Apple’s App Store or Google Play are billed and managed by the applicable store. Subscriptions normally renew automatically unless canceled through the store before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the store account used for purchase. Refunds are handled under the applicable store’s policies, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. We may use a subscription-management provider to verify entitlement and restore purchases.
Premium features may be changed, withdrawn, or limited where permitted by law. Deleting the app does not necessarily cancel a subscription.
6. Intellectual property
PixelPop, its name, branding, software, design, features, and materials supplied by TitoniumLab are owned by or licensed to TitoniumLab and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service except where applicable law does not allow that restriction.
7. Third-party services
PixelPop may depend on third-party services, including Google, Apple, Firebase, PostHog, RevenueCat, app stores, device operating systems, hosting providers, and sharing or media providers. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply. TitoniumLab is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control.
8. Availability and disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TitoniumLab disclaims warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, or suitable for every purpose. Image-processing results are generated or transformed for creative use and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or different from what you expect. Review results before sharing or relying on them.
You are responsible for keeping copies of important photos, exports, and artwork. Local or synced progress may be lost because of device failure, account issues, connectivity problems, maintenance, or changes to the Service.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TitoniumLab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, TitoniumLab’s total liability for claims relating to the Service will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid to TitoniumLab for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded in your location.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms when the Service, law, or our practices change. We will post the updated version with a new effective date. Your continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
You may stop using PixelPop at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, or our legal rights, or when you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, licenses, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related provisions.
11. Governing law
These Terms are subject to the mandatory consumer and data-protection laws that apply to you. If those laws permit a choice of law, the law applicable to TitoniumLab’s place of establishment will apply without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes, unless applicable law gives you a different right.
12. Contact
