These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the MicMoney mobile app and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Account and Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining account confidentiality.
- All activity under your account.
- Providing accurate registration information.
You must notify us promptly of unauthorized account use.
3. Service Scope
MicMoney helps users track spending, subscriptions, and related financial activity. The Service is informational and productivity software only.
Not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Some features may require paid subscriptions.
- Billing is handled by Apple App Store / Google Play and related processors (for example RevenueCat).
- Subscription terms (price, renewal, cancellation, refund) are controlled by the platform store terms.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions via your store account settings.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate laws or third-party rights.
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
- Reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the Service.
- Upload malicious code or harmful content.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, branding, and content provided by us, is owned by MicMoney or licensors and protected by applicable IP laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal/internal use in accordance with these Terms.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of data/content you submit. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service.
You represent you have rights to content you upload.

9. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, with or without notice, where permitted by law.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MicMoney is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits/data/business opportunities.
Our total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold MicMoney harmless from claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or where required for legal/security reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where MicMoney operates, unless otherwise required by consumer protection law in your location.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
