This Privacy Policy explains how Titox ("Titox", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use Mero AI (the "App").

Summary
Mero AI is an AI-powered app that helps you create, refine, analyze, and interact with text, images, documents, prompts, conversations, and other content depending on the features available in the App.
Some information is stored on your device. Some information may be processed by our service providers to provide AI features, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, app configuration, subscriptions, billing, ads, notifications, security, and support.
Information You Provide
Depending on the features you use, you may provide:
- Account information, such as email address, sign-in provider identifiers, display name, and profile details.
- Prompts, chat messages, instructions, uploaded files, images, documents, voice input, or other content you submit to the App.
- App preferences, saved items, history, settings, and other content you choose to create or store.
- Purchase, subscription, and entitlement information needed to unlock paid features.
- Support messages, feedback, bug reports, and related contact information.
Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential business information, payment card numbers, passwords, private keys, health information, legal information, or other content unless you are comfortable with that content being processed as described in this policy.
Information Stored On Your Device
Mero AI may store information locally on your device, such as:
- App settings and preferences.
- Saved prompts, drafts, favorites, generated outputs, or conversation history where available.
- Cached content used to improve app performance.
- Purchase entitlement state, login state, or feature availability state.
- Temporary files created when you import, export, share, upload, or download content.
You can delete local App data through available App controls, your device settings, or by uninstalling the App. Files exported or shared outside the App are controlled by the destination you choose.
Information Collected Automatically
Depending on your platform, settings, build configuration, and service availability, Mero AI or our service providers may process:
- Device and app information, such as device model, operating system, app version, language, timezone, and platform.
- App interaction events, such as screen views, feature usage, button taps, paywall events, purchase flow events, and error states.
- Diagnostics, crash logs, performance data, and reliability information.
- Network, security, app integrity, fraud prevention, and abuse-prevention signals.
- Advertising identifiers and ad interaction data when ads are shown.
- Push notification tokens and notification metadata if notifications are enabled.
We do not intentionally use analytics event properties to collect full prompt text, full generated outputs, payment card numbers, account passwords, or private keys.
AI Processing
To provide AI features, Mero AI may send your prompts, messages, uploaded content, context, settings, and related metadata to AI service providers or backend systems that process requests and return outputs.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, sharing them, or using them to make decisions.
Where supported by our providers and configurations, we use reasonable controls intended to limit unnecessary retention or use of your submitted content. However, provider handling may vary by service, model, region, account configuration, and applicable law.
Third-Party Services
Mero AI may use third-party services that process information under their own policies, including:
- AI model and infrastructure providers for AI requests and generated outputs.
- Firebase services for authentication, analytics, crash reporting, remote configuration, app integrity, messaging, and related infrastructure.
- PostHog or similar analytics providers for product analytics.
- RevenueCat or similar providers for purchase, subscription, restore, and entitlement management.
- Apple App Store and Google Play for app distribution, in-app purchase billing, taxes, receipts, refunds, and store account handling.
- Google Mobile Ads or similar ad networks if ads are shown.
- Hosting, database, storage, security, monitoring, and support providers.
These services may process information in countries other than where you live. Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy terms and platform policies.
Purchases And Payments
Mero AI may offer paid features, subscriptions, consumable credits, or one-time purchases. Payments are processed by Apple, Google, and related payment providers. Titox does not receive or store your full payment card details.
Purchase and entitlement records may include store receipts, transaction identifiers, product identifiers, subscription status, renewal status, refund status, and anonymous or platform-provided customer identifiers.
Ads
Free versions or free features of Mero AI may show ads. Ads may use device information, advertising identifiers, approximate location, ad interaction data, and other signals allowed by your platform settings and applicable law.
You can manage ad personalization through your device, Google, Apple, or platform privacy settings where available. Paid versions or subscriptions may remove ads inside the App if that benefit is included in the applicable offer.
Permissions
Depending on the features you use, Mero AI may request permissions such as:
- Notifications.
- Microphone or speech recognition.
- Camera.
- Photos, media, files, or document access.
- Clipboard access.
Permissions are requested only when needed for App features. You can revoke permissions in your device settings at any time, but some features may stop working.
Legal Bases And Purposes
We process information for these purposes:
- Provide, maintain, personalize, and improve the App.
- Generate AI responses and provide AI-powered features.
- Save preferences, history, and user-created content where supported.
- Authenticate accounts and maintain account security.
- Provide, verify, renew, and restore paid access.
- Show, measure, and limit ads where applicable.
- Measure App usage and improve features.
- Detect, diagnose, and fix crashes, bugs, or performance issues.
- Maintain security, app integrity, fraud prevention, and abuse prevention.
- Respond to support requests and privacy requests.
- Comply with legal, tax, app-store, platform, and regulatory requirements.
Where applicable, our legal bases may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligations.
Data Sharing
We may share information with:
- Service providers listed in this policy or otherwise used to operate the App.
- AI providers and backend infrastructure needed to process your requests.
- App stores and payment processors for purchases, receipts, refunds, taxes, and compliance.

- Successors if Titox is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
Local App data remains on your device until you clear it, overwrite it, or uninstall the App.
Service-provider data is retained according to each provider's policies and our configurations. We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law, app-store rules, tax rules, fraud prevention, security, backup, or dispute handling.
Your Choices And Rights
You may:
- Clear local App data where the App provides that option.
- Delete generated content, saved items, or conversation history where the App provides those controls.
- Uninstall the App.
- Manage notification, microphone, camera, file, clipboard, ad tracking, analytics, and privacy permissions through your device or platform settings.
- Restore purchases through the App or app store.
- Request help, access, correction, deletion, or privacy information by contacting hello@titox.io.
We may need information to verify and process your request. Some data may be controlled by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Firebase, PostHog, AI providers, ad networks, or another third-party service, and you may need to contact that provider directly.
Children
Mero AI is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required by local law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact hello@titox.io and we will take appropriate steps.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No app, network, device, AI system, or storage system is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your device, app-store account, AI-service accounts, exported files, clipboard contents, and shared outputs.
International Processing
We and our service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Those countries may have different data protection laws.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made. Continued use of Mero AI after an update means you accept the updated policy, where permitted by law.
