Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Charmeji. Do not use Charmeji if you are under 13.

App License

Subject to these Terms and applicable app-store rules, Titox grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Charmeji for personal use.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, abuse, disrupt, or bypass Charmeji, billing, ads, App Check, entitlement checks, platform integrity, or security systems.

Accounts and Data

Charmeji may use anonymous Firebase sign-in and device installation identifiers. You are responsible for activity in your app session. Guest or anonymous data may have limited recovery if you delete the app, clear device data, or lose access to your device.

User Content and AI Outputs

You are responsible for reference images, prompts, imports, generated buddies, names, settings, and other content you submit or create. Only upload content you have rights to use.

Do not use Charmeji to create, request, upload, store, or share unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, sexual, violent, exploitative, hateful, or otherwise unsafe content. AI outputs may be inaccurate or unexpected, and you are responsible for reviewing them before use.

Purchases, Rewards, and Digital Items

Charmeji may offer Charm packs, active slots, rewarded ads, lifetime ad removal, and other digital items. Digital items are in-app benefits only, have no cash value outside Charmeji, and cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Purchases are processed by Google Play and RevenueCat. Refunds, taxes, payment failures, chargebacks, and purchase disputes follow the applicable store or payment provider rules. Rewarded ads grant value only after server-side verification.

Third-Party Services

Charmeji may use Firebase, RevenueCat, Google Play, AdMob, PostHog when configured, Cloudflare, AI generation providers, analytics, diagnostics, storage, hosting, and support tooling. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Changes and Termination

We may update Charmeji or these Terms. We may suspend or terminate access when needed to protect users, the service, providers, or legal obligations.

Disclaimers

Charmeji is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free output, availability of generated assets, or suitability for any specific purpose.
